Media literacy education is a new educational ideas came into being in a newcultural environment.In recent years, China’s media literacy research has made great development, but veryfew concern in rural primary school, primary school students in rural areas, whether from theage level or education level belong to vulnerable groups in society. Media Literacy training ofrural primary school students to pass on to their basic media viability and healthy growth inthe new media environment, with great practical significance.The group practice of media literacy in the Jinzhou City Xinmin Township CentralPrimary School and eight sub-primary school education pilot confirmed, rural developmentpath of pupils media literacy education and the specific operation should be planned,purposeful, and should be based on the actual situation in rural areas,schools the actualsituation and acceptance of students in a timely manner to be adjusted.
