With the help of mobile communication, mobile Internet, cloud computing, Web of things, development of e-commerce and skyrocketed demand of information technology market, emerging electronic products have a broad application field. As an important human-machine interface, mobile phone touch screen and display screen plays a vital role in intelligent terminal device, the integration of both also have disruptive impact on the whole display industry chain. At present, there is only a small number of foreign companies such as Apple whose products like the latest iPhone has this technology. Domestic mobile phone customers generally use One Glass Solution touch screen technology or external embedded on cell touch technology, integrated touch in display technology need to be developed.This article first introduces the development tendency of touch display technology from thin-film touch screen in the early phase to the embedded touch screen at present. Describe the working principle and the design requirements of LCD and touch screen. Basis on this, puts forward the main design idea:we will develop an integrated touch in display technology, and this technology integrate touch sensor into a liquid crystal display screen. This technology has simple manufacturing process, good touch and display performance.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:1. Research on the design of touch and display integrated LCD screen:Testify the optimal position of touch sensor in LCD, and the best position of touch driving electrode should be located at the TFT Array glass, and touch sensing electrode should be located at the inside of CF glass. Design a display simulation model and a touch simulation model which can simulate the optimum display design parameters and touch design parameters respectively.2. Study on the production plan of embedded touch screen:In order to solve the RC loading problem of touch driving electrode, we bring in resin technology and overcome the weakness of resin process like insufficient adhesion and mismatch etching rate. We solved the problem of poor adhesion and oxidation about sensing electrode in CF glass process. We solved the problem of upper and down connection of sensing electrode. And we also solved the problem of electrostatic shielding.3. Optimized and tested on touch and display integrated LCD screen, which focus on solving the problem of the touch capacitance changed when the screen is switched.
