With the development of social economy and auto market, the construction of the garageis far behind the total vehicle rising velocity, resulting in the parking difficulties,parking chaosand traffic jams and other issues, there are some shortcomings in the existing stereo garage.for example, it takes too much time to access, covers too much room, and is too expensiveand unstable in performance, etc. So, the development of high performance, high spaceutilization rate, automatic garage will be imperative. For the urgent demand of the garage andthe existing problems, this paper completed the study of the lifting and transferring stereogarage based on PLC control.This paper taking one underground stereo garage of a quarter in Xi’an as the researchobject, analyzes and studies the lifting and transferring stereo garage control system. Themain contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the stereo garage at home and abroad,put forward a design scheme of two rows of the PSH28D-D1garage. The paper introduces themain structure and working process of the garage, with emphasis on architecture andcomposition of the garage control system. Besides, the garage motor control circuit is alsodesigned and analyzed. The Siemens S7-200series PLC and EM223expansion module areused in the control system, and this paper completes the control system PLC connection, I/Oport assignment and so on. Adopt the modular idea to make a garage PLC control programcombining the nearby parking with optimum route principle, which shows great effect inautomation of whole-machine control system and saving storage-retrieval time, etc. Secondly,build a queue model of the garage, to the three cases storage-retrieval strategy modeling,simulation and analysis by MATLAB software. We finally determine the most economicaland effective garage storage-retrieval strategy. At last, this paper completed the operationinterface design of the PSH28D-D1garage, connect the MCGS and S7-200, achieved themonitoring of the garage motor and the garage access process. Through which lays a solidfoundation and opens up a shortcut in order to study the practice control device.
