| With the development of computer technology and the improvement of the methods and theories of project information management, the engineering project information system is playing a role that is more and more important in the information management of the modern engineering project, the engineering project information system is being used more and more intensively which has been used in oil industry, construction industry, electric power project,transportation and etc expertly until now. It contains the functions of construction project management, engineering planning, quality management market forecast and etc. The engineering project information system plays a significant role in the approval of engineering project have the project management system on their own which,however,lack of the comprehensive system that can integrate the data of all the govermments’ engineering project.The engineering project information system mentioned in this thesis can realize the integration of the engineering project information of each government department which makes the information used thoroughly. The engineering project information system provides public inquiry to public community and accepts the supervision of it. By means of the establishment of credit rating module and providing credit rating to the enterprises according to the data that has been analyzed, it can supply the check of the enterprises’ credit to the government departments that avoid the execution risk of the government policy, provide reference to the govemments’ decision and give full play to the functions of the project information system.The main contents of this thesis are the design and realization of the four functional modules in the engineering project information system,the design of the database and then using the data to calculate the enterprise credit rating model. The system is constituted by four basic function modules: the engineering project information collection module, the enterprise credit information collection module, the comparison and integration module and the credit rating module. Each module is developed by Java which makes the system has cross-platform features. The system contains four databases: the engineering project information database,the enterprise credit information database,the information exchanging database and the credit rating database. The engineering project information that collected by the engineering project information collection module will be written in the engineering project information database,the enterprise credit information that collected by the enterprise credit information collection module will be written in the enterprise credit information database. The engineering project information and the enterprise credit information is connected through the comparison and integration module and then written into the information exchanging database. Then, the basic data that needed in the enterprise credit rating from the information exchanging database is read. Each quantitative index is calculated, the enterprise credit rating module is built, the quantitative index is substituted into the module and the result of the enterprise credit rating is obtained by the Fuzzy Mathematics Integrated Evaluation module. Finally, some enterprises’instance data is substituted and the rating results are compared with those gotten by rating agency. Then, the reason of the difference in rating results and the effectiveness of it are analyzed. |
