In recent years, due to the international economic situation and the internal environment is bad, in the oil business expansion and more quickly, the more problem of accounts receivable, to enterprise’s daily operations and profits to achieve certain effects, reduced the enterprise assets operation ability, especially since last year’s oil prices fell sharply, but also the management of accounts receivable in the front.To improve this situation, the oil from the inside first, for all subsidiaries of the accounts receivable recovery index, according to the annual examination, directly included in the performance of the companies charge in the contract, has obtained certain achievements, but also deeply aware that the internal management is only part of to effectively prevent credit risks from the source, must begin from customers, set up across the company’s credit management system.Therefore, this article puts forward the idea of building customer credit management system, the requirements on the basis of the existing accounts receivable management, take the customer as the main line, through the information system to the customer prior access, matter monitoring and afterwards collection analysis three stages to control, to prevent and reduce the credit risk, and to balance the customer information Shared within the company, promote cooperation between the various units, force of wanda group, complete the arrears collection, an effective deterrent to the customer.In this paper, by means of software, realize the idea of customer credit management system.System includes six functional modules, correspond in advance, matter and afterwards three stages.Including:the customer foundation information management module, the credit rating credit access management module corresponding to the advance stage, only completed the process of two modules, is allowed to occur credit business;Customer credit risk monitoring module corresponding matter monitoring, customer business occurred in the process of any overdue actions will be recorded in the system, at the same time can also be through artificial warning for customers;Management of accounts receivable collection module and blacklist customer management module corresponding collection management.Through the oil customer credit management system construction, effectively promoted the customer credit management level of the oil, so that the oil can, mature management to its customers and the original financial system in some amount of information for unified management and analysis, from to find all kinds of rules and has significant effects on oil companies to information and customer credit degree of association, so as to assist the decision of enterprise leadership.
