Self-Presentation In The WeChat Moments

In recent years,with the development of mobile Internet technology,WeChat is becoming more and more popular.The survey results of global mobile phone chat application which conducted by SimilarWeb in 2016 shows that :the number users of WeChat applications reached 697 million,ranked third in the world.the WeChat Moments as the main function of WeChat,,with its unique characteristics of the exchange captured the hearts of many users.Showing the daliy life,delicious food,self-shot photo and so on,this become the important way to creat self-image.Brush the WeChat Moments become the normal life of users.In this context,this study try to explore the change of self-presentation in the WeChat Moments,summarize the value and influence of it,and found out the strategies of existing problems.This study is based on the following parts.The introduction part introduces the research background,the research purpose and the research significance of this research,and explains the basic theory;The second part discussed the external changes of the self-presentation,including the spatial changes,context changes and the identity of the subject and object;the third part discussed the inner changes of the self-presentation,mainly related to the form,the content and the information circulation mode.The fourth part introduces the personal value and the social value of the self-presentation,the personal value includes the unity of self-harmony and interpersonal harmony,the social value is mainly embodied in the establishment of social public opinion field and the guidance of social public opinion;the fifth part is to summarize the problems and influences of self-presentation in the WeChat Moments;the sixth part focus on both media use attitude and socialattitudes to solve the elf-presentation problems.In short,the self-presentation of WeChat Moments not only presents some value and influence to the self-presenting subject and object,but also brings new opportunities for self-presenting change and promotes self-presentation of new forms.It also brings certain value and influence to society as a whole,To achieve the remodeling of online social culture.But there are also many problems,such as media dependence,social and cultural alienation,etc.,therefore,a reasonable view and the use of WeChat Moments become the urgent requirement of social development.
