Research And Implementation Of The CG Project Progress Management

In resent year, the traditional inefficient animation technology has been replaced by CG (Computer Graphics) technology as fast development of compute technology. The industry related to CG technology has become an international burgeoning originality industry, and it has enormous commercial value. Because of its characteristic, there isn't professional management software to be used by CG Project, so it is urgent to develop such a system which is not in existence across the country.This paper first present the basic contention of project management, and then mainly studies the schedule manage part of CG project management system. after the research of classifying net plan technic and produce flow and the Work Breakdown Structure of CG project , it constructs systemic net chart; Then it realizes the time-cost optimization algorithm by the traditional optimization algorithm of net plan; After further investigation of multi-resource balance optimization, it proposes a model which counts the shortest time limit for a project under the condition of limited resources and solves the problem by utilizing genetic algorithms, it also discusses the question of resource equilibrium which requires fixed time and realizes the optimization by genetic algorithms; on the basis of investigation of the model of time-cost and time-resources ,it puts forward a integrated model which optimizes cost, time and resource in the same process. At last it studies the problem of schedule adjustment and develops the schedule management system under Java environment.
