The central government officially promoted the developmental way that integrate of traditional media and new media to national strategic height in 2014.Fusion for the media industry bring new development opportunities,but a single secondary selling of media business model apparently has not adapted to the new media market environment.Media organizations desiderate to innovate the business model in the pan-media industry environmen,following the basic law of the development of network economy to be able to survive in the fierce market competition-Internet development entered a new historical stage after Premier Li Keqiang wrote "Internet +" into the government work report in March 2015.With deeply influenced by the Internet technology,integration development strategy has been deeply into practice in the media industry.The development of innovation business model has been seriously faced with the background of "Internet +".At present,the theoretical research on business model and its innovation of domestic and international mainly focused on its concepts and elements,for the media industry business model research more settled in the micro level,most of research chose a specific media organization for case study,theoretical research has certain insufficiency.The lack of theoretical research makes it difficult for media organization managers to provide a clear understanding of business model and makes it more difficult to give practical guidance.This paper take media value realization logic in the " Internet +" age as first step,the research object is media organization,taking the value realization model as a theoretical perspective.The purpose is to build the media organization of business model innovation model and design effective innovation path,finally combining with specific case studies provide concrete and feasible operation guidance for practice.This paper innovatively constructed four new value configuration model which is suitable for the media,media value chain,value shop,value network and value ring,to achieve the media industry business model innovation based on the theory of Charles B Stabell three value configuration model.This paper construct four the media industry innovative business model innovation modesl,design a specific innovation path and finally take four case studies for secondary authentication related theory.Finally,on the summarization of the study of media organization business model innovation,this paper will look forward to the possibility of the media business model innovation in the future.This paper has certain innovative and forward-looking viewpoint.It can guide practice through the theory research with theoretical value and realistic guiding significance to the development of media industry in the future.
