TV media industry business model is business logic system that is how to create andprovide value, obtain and distribute profit by TV media enterprises. The traditional TV mediabusiness model have to be examined, adjusted and created for the strong impact by three netsfusion.The first part of the essay has analyzed the traditional business model of Chinese TV mediaindustry, and summarized some problems. The Chinese TV media industry could be divided intotwo types. First one, core class business model, that is point to the more maturely business modeltype focused on the core business of TV media, including "bringing up by advertisement","content is the king", "channel management". Second one, expand class business model, that ispoint to the business model type consisted of certain extended value activities based on the corebusiness of TV media enterprise, including“associated business””cross-industry business”. Thetraditional TV media business model has problems, including the constraints of the institutions,low value innovation capacity, low efficiency and confusion of the value chain, simple profitmodel structure and so on.The second part of the essay has analyzed the influence of TV media industry by Three NetsFusion. This is the three nets fusion. During the evolution process from the telecom network,broadcasting television network and the Internet to the broadband communications network,digital television network and the next generation internet, the technology function and thebusiness scope have been coming to an agreement, by sharing internet and resource to providewith many kinds of services, such as voice, data, radio and TV and so on. This article hasanalyzed the influence to TV media industry by the three nets fusion in three aspects, the TVmedia technology development, TV media products transition, TV media system reform. It haspointed out requirements of TV media business model for change in the times.The third part of the essay has analyzed the innovation strategy of Chinese TV mediaindustry business model in the three nets times, then has made a case analysis. This essay has putforward the direction of five strategies, including the market positioning by professional channelsubdivision, promoting regional integration of radio and television networks, promoting regionalcooperation of television channel, entering the new media, innovating profit model. Finally, thisessay has analyzed the business model innovation of Shanghai radio and television media to goto get some reference and inspiration.The conclusion section has summarized the main contents of this article and described the issue that is not completed.
