Design And Implementation Of The .Net-based Administrative Office Automation System Of University

With the rise of the college level and the increasing scale of Sichuan Vocational College of Health and Rehabilitation,the previous office methods cannot meet the demand of the current construction and development.Basing on long-term development needs,our college leaders put forward the "based on school,to protect the basic,to be a unique" requirements for the information construction.Therefore,our school urgently need a more efficient system to improve the administration level and to achieve the goal of managing modernization and decision-making science.Combining with the present situation of the development of office automation applications at home and abroad,starting from the problems arising from the actual process of the administrative office in our college,after summarizing and analyzing the needs of the office automation system,this paper summarizes the past experience and the demand of using and development of our administrative office in the future.Then,Visual Studio2015 used as a development tool,SQL Server2010 chosen as the system backstage database,the use of B/S three-tier architecture model system,with C # language as a design development language,this paper has developed an administrative office automation system in.NET platform.The system is a relatively perfect and complete office automation management system.This management system includes a series of system function modules such as personnel management,system management,schedule management,message delivery,document management,attendance management and other series of system function module.These functional modules enable personal office,schedule plan,task management,examination and approval flow,document distribution,meeting management,comprehensive administrative and other corresponding system function to be achieved.In this paper,the relevant functional modules of the system are tested.The tests show that the system has high functions such as data storage,query,information management and confidentiality.Using this system,our school can achieve the goal of the information sharing and the cooperation between the staff of the university.The system also provides an efficient and convenient human-computer interaction interface for the administrative staff of colleges and universities and can be applied to the needs of the administrative office automation in our current and future period,so as to ensure the institutionalization and standardization of the management.
