Office Automation System For Military Enterprises Based On The Approval Process

With the rapid development of information technology,the application of office automation system in enterprises is becoming more and more common,and it plays a more and more important role.However,for confidential military enterprises which are extremely strict,the use of office automation system has always been a problem.How to maintain office automation system and maintain high safety is a problem demanding prompt solution.Based on the practice experience of a secret military enterprise,this paper designs a set of office automation system based on approval process for military enterprises,so as to solve the current difficulties faced by secret military enterprises.The system uses Visual Studio 2010 as the development platform,C# and Java as the development language,and SQL Server 2005 as database,to achieve personnel management,publicity and management,messaging and other functions.In line with the requirements of the office automation system,it can help enterprises to effectively improve their work efficiency.This paper first describes the background of the system and the significance of the research,explains the technology used in the system,and explains the implementation process of the system and the realization process of the system database in detail.After that,it demonstrates the actual application of the system by demonstrating some practical functions.Finally,the advantages,innovation and shortcomings of the system are pointed out,and the future direction of improvement is pointed out.
