The traditional college administration office systems are generally used paperdocuments, information processing, inevitably consume a large amount of human andfinancial resources. I proofread to improve the efficiency and standardizationof school management more and more attention, the traditional administrative officemanagement approach in the past has been unable to meet the current demand,continue to develop a suite of online administrative office management system, usethe system to assist schools in the relevant departments to handle administrativeaffairs, can greatly improve the efficiency and reduce the cost of office.The custom-developed system for the administrative office of Jilin University, toachieve a comprehensive political office management functions. When the operationis carried out by using the B/S (Browse/Server) architecture, users can be free fromthe constraints of time and space [1], a browser from any networked computer can belanding system, breaking down geographical boundaries, the Personnel management,workload management, scholarship management, fund management and attendancemanagement functions give a realization. The technology used in this project, including J2EE platform, SQL Serverdatabase the template engine technology and Struts2. J2EE is a multi-level model, itis divided into different components according to function. And different componentsare distributed in the machines do not understand, it appears to address thedeficiencies of the client/server model. J2EE for building scalable, high flexibility,good web application maintenance system provides an important safeguard hasfeatures include retained existing resources, efficient development, support forheterogeneous environments. SQL Server database management platform developedby the Microsoft Corporation of the United States, it is the standard language SQL(Structured Query Language), Structured Query Language. The language is availablein the market feel most relational database, is mainly used to perform databaseoperations, such as creating tables, update data, query data. SQL Server providesenterprise-class data management and integrated business intelligence tools. Templateengine (in this case refers specifically to the template engine) for Web development isto make the user interface with business data (content) separation, it can generate aspecific document format for website template engine will generate a standard HTMLdocument. The template engine does not belong to a specific technology, it is theconcept of cross-cutting cross-platform. Struts2is the next generation of Struts,compared Struts2and Struts1Action realization threading model, Servlet rely,encapsulate the request parameter expression language binding value to viewtechnology type conversion, different data validation and the Action executioncontrol aspects.The organizational structure of this paper is as follows:The first chapter illustrates the research background and significance of theuniversity administrative office management system, summed up the defects of thetraditional university administrative office management system, fully demonstratesthe importance of the university administrative office management system.The second chapter briefly describes the application of the technology requiredto achieve university administrative office management system, including J2EEplatform, SQL Server database the template engine components and Struts2.
