With the rapid development of the real estate industry, real estate transaction is increasing day by day.Shanghai Yunjie Real Estate Company’s business has increased dramatically, but traditional office tools have been behind the pace of enterprise development. There is an urgent need for Yunjie to build an office automation system to replace the company’s presnet office mode which is basically artificial and paper-based office.The present system is for development and design in such a context.This thesis is based the B/S mode, use the ASP.NET platform to design and implementation. the choice of Database is SQLSever2005, development tools using Visual Studio 2008. Firstly, the background of the subject are described, and then on the development of system-related technologies such as. NET technologies were introduced, followed by the use of UML for system requirements analysis and system design, and then the system was implemented. System is mainly to achieve the following main functional modules : personal work management module, personnel management module, document management module, transaction management module,system management module, message alert module. Finally tested the system is running to achieve the desired results.System function of each module coordination basically adapted Yun Jie initial network office company needs. Currently, the Department has been put into use, the practice proved that the application of office automation systems, has greatly improved the efficiency of the administrative office..
