In recent years,domestic LCD industry develops rapidly,and LCD products can be seen everywhere in our life.Due to the complicated LCD production process,some defects may exist.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the aging test before the product is sold.The potential defects should be found as soon as possible and defective products should be screened out,so as to prevent them from being sold.Aiming at the aging process of LCD screen,this paper carried out the design and implementation of automatic production line of aging LCD screen.In this paper,the functions of each section of the LCD screen aging line are introduced,and the transmission control system is analyzed.The design task of the control system is clear.The control system is designed from three aspects: hardware design,PLC programming and human-computer interaction interface.In the hardware design,the high-performance Mitsubishi Q series PLC are selected as the core of the production line control and the rest of the hardware are also selected accurately.Based on these mentioned hardware,the electrical principle of the entire control system is designed.In the software design,the PLC design of the production line transmission control is completed,and CC-Link field bus technology is used to realize the remote decentralized control of multiple devices.In the production line lifts,the Mitsubishi servo motor is used to build the servo system,by which the production flow control is achieved simply and effectively.In the GP-Pro EX 4.0 software platform,the aging line human-computer interaction interface is developed,and the Pro-face Remote HMI function is applied.Therefore,the operability of the device is enhanced.After on-site installation and commissioning,the transmission control system has ultimately met the production control needs.After aging,the defective products are removed,the stability and reliability of the excellent products are improved,and the competitiveness of the enterprises is enhanced.
