As the main medium of modern information display and human-computer interaction,LCD screen has been widely used in various fields.Its production engineering has constantly improved and production capacity has increasingly expanded.Automatic inline aging of LCD screen is used to perform an aging test for the production of the LCD screen,then remove the defective LCD screen to ensure pass rate of the LCD screen.In this paper,the research and design of product families for automatic inline aging of LCD screen has been completed.the purpose was to develop the product platform of automatic inline aging of LCD screen.The rapid customization design of automatic inline aging of LCD screen can be achieved by this platform.At the same time,It was important for the technology innovation and online maintenance of automatic inline aging of LCD screen.Based on the research of the theory of product family design,this paper has developed the overall scheme of product design of automatic inline aging of LCD screen with the guidance of rapid and reconfigurable product family design concept.The automatic inline aging of LCD screen has been divided into three modules based on the functional structure.The first stage module included a mechanical device module and a computer control module,where in the mechanical device module divided into six functional parts modules(the second level module),which further divides the several minimum module(third level module).At the same time,in order to shorten the production cycle,the automatic inline aging of LCD screen has been divided into different modules based on the manufacturing aspects,and developed the naming rules of every module combined with the production reality.In this paper,the combination of modularization and parameterization was used to design the mechanical device module in detail.The pallet system,belt transmission system,lift transmission system,translation transmission system and speed chain transmission system,other auxiliary module,a total of six modules and the corresponding third level sub-module have been designed for platform development.According to the relevant theoretical of the product platform,the product platform development of automatic inline aging of LCD screen has been Initially completed through using VB programming technology for secondary development of SolidWorks.The platform can realize the rapid variant design of the mechanical device module.Finally,the basic structure system of the cloud platform development for automatic inline aging of LCD screen has been proposed through discussing the theory and technology of automatic inline aging of LCD screen in the cloud mode.
