With the rapid development of information science and technology,enterprises have begun to use information science and technology to improve the efficiency of human resources management of the enterprise.At present,China's enterprises still have such problems as inadequate management of human resources,complicated data of human resources management resources,and difficulty in improving the level of human resources management.In order to improve the efficiency and standardization of human resource management,and to solve the problems of large amount of data redundancy and human resource management in human resource management,in this paper we will design and implement an enterprise human resource management system based on Android.The system is built with such key technologies as Android related technology,face recognition technology,Spring framework,speech recognition technology,and Oracle database.In the process of designing and implementing the enterprise human resource management system,the following work has been completed:1,We make full use of the advantages of the Spring framework,Android technology,the design of the system's framework and various functional modules.2.In order to solve the problem of mass data storage and utilization,the Oracle database storage method is adopted in the system to ensure the safe storage and reliable transmission of system data.3.On the functional modules of the system,functional modules such as user management,personnel management,recruitment management,attendance management,training management,work management,and salary management are designed according to the actual needs of the users,basically satisfying the human resources management of the enterprise.Actual user demand for the system at work.4.The company has achieved the expected goal of designing an enterprise human resource management system and promoted the human resources management level of the enterprise.In addition,in order to realize the attendance management function,face recognition technology is adopted to ensure the accuracy of the module.5.The system makes full use of the massive data existing in the enterprise human resources management system.Through systematic analysis of the data,the system quantitatively analyzes the information of the enterprise staff in the human resources management,salary information,and attendance information.Corporate decisionmaking provides strong data support.6.After the system development is completed,the system has been fully tested in terms of functions and performance.The test results show that the system meets the needs of users and can be put into use normally.The design and implementation of enterprise human resource management system plays a very important role in optimizing the level of human resource management.It effectively solves the problems of human resource management work allocation and human resource management level improvement.
