Research And Implementation Of University Asset Management System Based On J2ee And Oracle

With constant development of reform and opening to the outside world, the constructions of colleges and universities have been developed in large degree, and school-running conditions have been improved, and quantities of equipments used for teaching and scientific research have been increased year after year. In order to manage and use equipments well and overcome previous defects that most software systems had, to study and develop assets management information systems which are in conformity to the actual condition of assets management of current colleges and universities has an important and practical meaning. Therefore, in this paper, assets management systems for colleges and universities based on J2EE and Oracle have been developed according to present situation of current assets management, to improve the university's informatization of assets management.In this paper, advanced framework model which is in conformity to the actual condition of assets management of colleges and universities has been designed through analyzing the present situation and demands of colleges' and universities' equipments and laboratory management, popular framework which based on B/S model has been adopted in the entire system; three-layer framework model which based on J2EE platform; then, the details of assets management have been analyzed in detail further; the function of application subsystems of the system have been divided reasonably; then, detailed design and analysis of each layer in the framework have been carried out. The advanced technology and advantage for using the developing and application system of J2EE framework have been fully shown through introduction of every part of the system.In this paper, all kinds of relevant technologies and related knowledge adopted in the system have been introduced in detail; demand analysis of the system has been introduced in detail comparatively; the service layer and representation layer which are in conformity to assets management of colleges and universities have been designed; database have been designed and realized according to present situation of management of colleges and universities. J2EE developing platform has been adopted in the foreground of the system, while Oracle database has been adopted in the background of the system. Networked management for assets management information system has been realized, and management efficiency has been improved.
