Laser cutting gradually dominate position in the cutting industry,which has brought great development for the industry.Laser cutting is high energy focused by laser take effect cut object,which melt the processed area and control the high pressure auxiliary gas blown away the molten material to form the slit.With the development of society,various industries tend to open up the development model.Cutting industry is also gradually oriented to automation,networking and Intellectualization.In order to promote the development of the industry,after the analysis,this paper presents a laser cutting control system based on motion controller.It has positive significance to the development of laser cutting in the future.According to the development of the industry,this paper presents a laser cutting control system based on motion controller.This paper analyzes the composition and control mode of laser cutting system,study the architecture and module functions of the motion controller,and finish the hardware system structure and functional design.The core processor of the system processes the logic in the way of hardware and software in parallel.The complex algorithm of the motion module is executed directly from the underlying hardware,and finfish the processing of high speed and high efficiency.For software design,according to functional requirements,the system is divided into several modules.The paper designed the function of each module,and completed the overall design of the software system and good visual operation.The paper researched and implemented the generation of the control instruction converter,include DXF file structure analysis,the contents of the control instruction,cutting parameters processing and planning settings,and the generation and output of the control instruction file.The paper finished the study and research of control instruction converter.For system integrated debugging,the paper study and implemented the communication mode of HLink,finished the communication function of host computer and controller,and carried out the system debugging and verification.First,DXF files are parsed and displayed,and describe the correctness of the resolution.Second,we connect the test via HLink and complete the download.The test results verify the correct design of the Hlink and control instruction converters.Finally,we compare the actual trajectory of the test platform,which is basically consistent with the theoretical trajectory.It is shown that the system design and implementation process proposed in this paper is feasible and correct.The cutting system completed the upper level of security management and monitoring through the remote control of Ethernet,and achieved automation,networking and efficient control.
