With the rapid development of science and technology, foam has become one of the important material, in industry, agriculture, film, architecture, aviation, etc. fields get widely used, such as making various cushions, gaskets, insulation material, cushioning materials, background design, and so on, have become indispensable to the production and living material. At present, secondary processing of the main method is a hot wire cutting, this cutting way low efficiency, error, processing complex patterns. This article is currently widely used in metal cutting of laser cutting basis, by fuzzy PID control strategy to control scheme, which improves the foam cutting efficiency, error and processing capacity.The control system of laser cutting system in article is basis on the research and depth-analysis. According to the features of Laser cutting using thermal, we introduce the fuzzy-control to improve the reaction rate and reduce errors of servo motors.The overall scheme of the system is compose of Syntron servo motor, MCGS, Siemens plc and EVOC. It can monitor the cutting path real-time and can input, converting and output the complex graphics. It also can realize fuzzy-pid control in PLC. Last we make the simulation to the system with Matlab, to prove the feasibility of scheme.Finally, summarizes the main task of the article, analysis the exist problems, and improve the direction of the elaborate.
