Power communication network is an important infrastructure of power system,which runs through all aspects of power industry production.The improvement of power communication network can effectively promote the reliable,safe and economical operation of power system.It is a powerful guarantee for automation of power grid dispatching and management of modern operation.Integrating the latest wireless communications,computers and automatic control technologies,the smart grid can construct a new type of power wireless communications network for intelligent power system.In my paper,based on the existing power communication network of Haiyan in Zhejiang Province,using the TD-LTE wireless communication technology in 4G,we can carry out the analysis,planning and optimization of 230MHz power system dedicated licensed spectrum application.Now it is the research and innovation content.First of all,this paper analyzes the demand of power system with electricity service and network communication service.According to the characteristics of TD-LTE services and the development of network bearer services,it reasonable analyzes and predicts the bearer services in power system.Meanwhile,the key technologies including the network architecture of TD-LTE230 power private network,carrier aggregation at physical layer and security encryption are deeply analyzed and researched.And it expands and optimizes the performance of the bearer service model of the TD-LTE230 power wireless private network system.In addition,it is also effectively combined with the applications of Internet of things,greatly expanding the business scope of the power communication network and improving the system security and anti-interference.Secondly,this paper studies the technical points of frequency allocation,networking mode,network security and network coverage of TD-LTE230 power wireless private network system.After the planned area and coverage requirements are clearly defined,the TD-LTE network coverage plan is determined by analyzing the existing grid data services and searching for hot spots in the data services,combining the coverage performance objectives.In addition,we can put forward the circumvention measures to determine the TD-LTE network frequency scheme according to the systematic interference investigation and high interference risk base station detection through the existing power network.The system can meet the increasing demand for bearer service in power communication network and improve the coverage and throughput of wireless system in the pilot area,and it also can provide a new communication solution for intelligent service electricity bearer service.Finally,we can carry out the TD-LTE230 power wireless private network system,the pre-verification test and the actual road,car performance testing in this paper.Through the analysis of air interface data and measurement coverage,with the help of test instruments to obtain periodic reference test signal and the resulting data,the test have formed the network coverage quality assessment data.According to the analysis of test results,we can obtain the following conclusions:The obtained power private network has good radio signal strength and signal quality,and it also has good stability,which can provide technical basis for formulating network optimization plan and implementing network optimization.Meanwhile,it also can provide the key technical support for smart grid development.In conclusion,with the improvement of TD-LTE230 power communication networks,it will not only realize the in-depth innovation and breakthroughs in the deployment of electric communication applications,but also provide an important guarantee for the organic combination of the smart grid and the Internet of Things.In the future,we can have a network communication platform integrated with interaction,security and compatibility.
