Design And Implementation Of Operation Subsystem For Enterprise Knowledge Management SaaS Application

As knowledge becomes more important in enterprises, efficient and easy-to-use application of knowledge management has received increasingly attention in enterprises. The application level of enterprise knowledge management is one of the most important factors to determine the future development of enterprises. However, based on the traditional document servers, it is difficult to achieve the goal of knowledge sharing and the management authority of knowledge is dispersed, which is not conducive to centralized and unified management and brings inconvenience for the accumulation and dissemination of knowledge. The SaaS application could significantly reduce the cost of enterprise knowledge management system and provide flexible and scalable knowledge management solution. The operation management is the inseparable part of a SaaS application. The operation capability might determine the application efficiency and business level. High quality operation management subsystem will not only ensure the normal operation of platform and the continuous growth of user stickiness, but also directly bring better user experience and application performance.In this paper, operation management subsystem for enterprise knowledge management application is designed and implemented. In this subsystem, the functions such as the permission management of application, the intelligent ranking of resources and the activity analysis are completed. Among them, the permission management achieves the controllable management of operation through defining the rights of different roles. The function of intelligent ranking completes the personalized resource sort based on the distributed log analysis modular.Activity analysis function through the way of data visualization helps operators understand the status of platform. The introduction of operational management subsystems provides data support for application planning and construction decision making, which can greatly improve platform operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Firstly, the background of the research and the necessary background knowledge are introduced. Secondly, based on the research of the enterprise knowledge management SaaS application, the functional and non-functional requirements of the operation management subsystem is proposed. Then, based on the requirements, more efforts are focused on the design and implementation process. Finally, by system tests, the effectiveness of the operation subsystem is verified.
