In modern society, comprehensive attention has been attracted to team knowledge management (KM). Through KM, teams can improve their members'professional skills, vocational level and efficiency, thereby enhancing the overall competitiveness of the team. How to design a system to support team knowledge management is worthy of further study.This paper firstly talks about related theories and technologies in the KM and SaaS, for better understanding the background knowledge and theory basis. And the domain model of the system is established by analyzing teams'daily behavior and business needs.According to the business analysis, learning from the advantages of popular systems such as SNS, Wiki, BBS, Weblog, etc., taking user experience and ease of use into account, this paper designs the system. The design focuses on knowledge's learning and acquisition, creation and preservation, sharing and utility. The design introduces users to operating everything on their own desktop, just as they are using their PCs. The design is based on SaaS and 3-tier architecture in Java EE. It's flexible.Based on the design, this paper discusses the implementation of the system's user interface, and key modules of knowledge learning, storing, sharing, and utilizing. The system allows users reading RSS, storing words, scheduling activities, making announcement, scheduling, and searching knowledge, which proves the feasibility and practicality.In the end, conclusion and future work are also introduced in this paper. The future work includes introducing BPM and improving support of team members'collaboration.
