Design And Practice Of Activity Management Platform For Taking Out Products Based On Scrum

With the rapid development and application of the Internet technology,Web applications,mobile phone client software based on Internet also bring people more convenience,more and more software systems have been developed.In the face of rapidly changing development needs,the traditional development process and methods are difficult to respond quickly.How to explore the excellent development methods to improve the efficiency of software development in the Internet era is becoming the important project needs to focus on.The main work of this paper is to apply Scrum development method to the project process management of taking-out product activity management.The paper relies on actual project of taking-out product activity management backstage,uses scrum to plan and track the process of development of each module of the project,after learning and understanding the scrum agile development method.Through detailed analysis to the demands,the management process of human resource allocation and demands of iteration through the project development process,the paper summarizes problems in project development and gives the feedback of the iteration to provide experience with agile development method for small and medium enterprises project and team in nowadays,with the rapid development of the Internet era,which is convenient for software development team to apply the scrum agile development method popular in industry to the project quickly.This paper introduces the scrum management framework and flow,designs user portrait for taking-out product activity management,analyses the system demands and designs module's of the system.Then set up the scrum team according to the analysis results,and does the project management on the basis of this,in accordance with the scrum development process of each module of project process management,designs iterative scheme and human resource allocation scheme is for the development of each module,analyses the results in each iteration,gives out the feedback and change the subsequent iterative scheme,finally tests the taking-out product backstage management system and summarizes the project to give out experience.
