After years of development, Agile management methods has gradually become the preferred method in management of software development. Extreme Programming(XP), Test Driven Development(TDD) is been used in more and more Chinese software development teams. Scrum method, described in this article, is currently the most widely used international agile framework. It provides a set of practical frameworks and tools, covering the entire software development process, and also incorporates other agile methods, practices, improve the success rate of Agile software companies in the specific practice.This paper introduces the basic concepts of the Scrum method, a detailed analysis of specific practices, the introduction of Scrum method in the software development process and to compare with traditional development management.
