With the continuous development of domestic manufacturing,information and intelligence equipment has been the new challenges of domestic manufacturing industry. Germany's Industry 4.0 project, will elevate the intelligence of the manufacturing industry up to a national strategy. And the industrial field remote monitoring system, as a direction of industry 4.0 project, can greatly improve the efficiency of equipment operation and maintenance, strengthen production management, and enhance the performance of equipment manufacturers.The design, which is divided into two parts, including field data acquisition equipment based on PLC and remote data display, is based on embedded industrial field remote monitoring system. The field data acquisition system is composed of STM32 as the core and several network cameras and sensors as components. It can obtain the running status information of the field devices and the temperature and humidity of the field environment in real time. The remote data display part can update the information returned by the field devices in real time, including the machine running status, operational parameter, sensor and video data. This paper focuses on the structure of the whole system and the principle and realization process of the whole system, including the data of the on-line machine state data, the acquisition and transmission of sensor and video data, the remote PC data and the data display process of the client data.This paper realized remote monitoring system of a reciprocating spray machine, which is debugged and tested on the spot. The experimental results show that the remote monitoring system has high real-time performance, and it has high efficiency and stability.
