| With the rapid development and popularization of information technology, China’s banking sector use of information technology,Types of business banking financial institutions gradually increased trading volume also increases, thus increasing the risk of concealment banking sector. Off-site supervision in the banking industry regulation is to provide advice and decision-making basis for on-site inspection, it plays a decisive role in the regulatory work. However, off-site supervision and information base of the weak, the urgent need for an off-site supervision and management information system to improve the accuracy of the off-site supervision.In this paper, according to the real needs of the banking regulatory bureau-site supervision, we use of software engineering methods for structural analysis off-site supervision and management system is studied and analyzed. Banking Bureau of business problems through off-site supervision and management analysis, the analysis of the existing business to find off-site supervision of the lack of work, and to address these issues on-site supervision of optimized analysis to determine that the system is mainly divided into six modules, namely regulatory information collection management, monitoring indicators management, risk assessment management, supervisory ratings management, basic information management and systems management, and then six modules and functional blocks of the data flow is analyzed, according to the system followed by the data stream the analysis, entity-relationship analysis system is made, the final design of the database system.System covering the supervision of the Banking Bureau data collection, reporting, off-site supervision required modules as well as risk analysis and early warning camels rating, etc., can improve the quality of regulation and supervision efficiency. And, combined with the Banking Bureau-site supervision and management system, content requirements proposed content for further research. |
