For enterprises oriented government departments such as the industrial and commercial bureau,in view of the rapid growth of the number of market entities and the vigorous development of new economy and new business,there are some problems in the supervision work,such as insufficient supervision power,poor information sharing,and great difficulty in joint supervision and coordination.Especially in information sharing,each regulatory department has its own office system,and the relationship between the systems is scattered,the data is independent,and it is unable to achieve effective data collection,resulting in the information island effect.For the above pain points,this article takes Kaifeng City of Henan Province as the purpose to develop the data collection subsystem of market supervision platform which aims to achieve the goals of information sharing,double notification,multi-dimensional data display,standardized supervision and collaborative supervision,and improve the supervision level of each supervision department for enterprises.This article analyzes the requirements of the data collection subsystem of the market supervision platform and analyzes the user role and functional requirements of the system.The system mainly includes the basic information management of market subjects,data exchange,double notification,multi-dimensional display of enterprise data,enterprise supervision and other functions.In the aspect of non functional requirements analysis,the data synchronization frequency,data volume,number of concurrent users and page response time are required.In the part of system design and implementation,the system is developed based on Browser/server architecture,mainly using MVC mode for software hierarchical architecture design,the system is divided into data model layer,control layer,page display layer,the system is mainly divided into six functional modules,using E-R diagram to establish data model,and interface design.In the detailed design and implementation,the micro service architecture is built based on spring cloud,and the high availability micro service is realized.The functional modules are developed based on SSM framework.The business process of the core module is introduced in the form of sequence diagram and flow chart,and the design of the core class structure is reflected by class diagram.Among them,the accurate recommendation service innovatively uses the Chinese word segmentation algorithm,through the maintenance of the tag library and the matching between tags,realizes the intelligent push of related enterprises to the regulatory department on a regular basis,and improves the work efficiency of the regulatory department.Build the hardware and software environment of the server and client,and deploy the system according to the micro service architecture in the system design phase.Furthermore,test cases are designed for the function cases and performance indicators of the data aggregation subsystem of the market supervision platform.The test results show that all functions of the system meet the business requirements.At present,the system has been put into use,through batch import,batch export,data synchronization and other forms of data collection,effectively strengthen the information sharing among various departments,and achieve the goals of double notification,standardized supervision,joint supervision,multi-dimensional data display,as well as the comprehensive grasp of enterprise information by various departments,improve the comprehensive law enforcement level.
