For quite some time, Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) has been making reportsof off-site supervision data by hand, then the data was submitted to The BankingRegulatory Commission or the Head Office of the Agricultural Bank of China. But innowadays of a highly developed information technology, this submission method cannot satisfy the need of fast making and submission. Since the foundation of ABC in1979, with the rapidly growth of its business scope, its business content has beenbecoming more diversiform and complicated, the pressure of internal control has beenincreasing greatly, this brings great challenge to management organizations, therefore, itis necessary to improve the submission method of supervision data. The submission ofoff-site supervision data must emphasize risk, also it must strengthen the on-siteinspection, and thus it can improve the efficiency of inspection, so for the off-sitesupervision, the reform of submission method is sufficiently significant.According to the business requirements of data submission of ABa Branch of ABC,and considering the work process and management process in reality, this dissertationaccomplishes highly valuable researches. The chief contents are as follows:1. The research of submission system of off-site supervision dataThis system is the supervision radar site of bank. It isn’t the simple statistics of data,or the explanations of reports, but rather the overall analyses and predictions of riskbased on the data of reports submitted. Based on the research of requirements forsupervision reports of The Banking Regulatory Commission, Agricultural Bank ofChina and People’s Bank of China, this dissertation develops a uniform hierarchy forreports, it accomplishes high uniform data specifications and templates of reports forABa Branch and its sub-branch. Moreover, it sets up a mechanism for verification ofreports. This mechanism can check the mistakes of reports submitted conveniently. Tohelp the branches to correct mistakes, it also provides the detailed verification logs.2. The research of sharing method for master dataUsing submission system of off-site supervision data can gather and sort kinds ofinformation, such as the master data, the analysis results data, the level of risk data, therelevant background information of organizations supervised, the documentsinformation of organizations and so on. If these master data can be shared between every branch, it will improve the utilization efficiency of information greatly, and willreduce the cost of communication. By the research of database theory and the actualityof business system of ABa Branch, this dissertation designs a master data platform forsharing real-time master data for ABa Branch and its sub-branch. Extracting andAccumulating master data from kinds of business systems can update and strengthen thedatabase for master data continuously, the more the information can be shared, thegreater work efficiency will be increased.3. The research of high-performance architecture for information systemAccording to the differences in the software and hardware conditions of businessoutlets of ABC, as well as the differences in roles of system, this dissertation presents asystem architecture which combines B/S and C/S. In this architecture, the databaseplatform is shared, and the system is deployed according to the differences in roles andinformatization conditions of business outlets. Because of the processing and analysis ofa large amount of data, so the C/S system will be deployed in the data center of ABaBranch, relatively, because of the relative simple work, just like search and manualinput, so the B/S system will be deployed in the business outlets of sub-branch. Thisarchitecture not only reduces the cost of software and hardware, but also it makes thedivisions of authorities and responsibilities much clearer.
