The Research And Implementation Of Off-Site Supervision Information System

Off-site supervision and on-site inspection are very important methods on banking supervision. The establishment of the off-site supervision information system, which is based on information technology, collecting data of banking institutions on their business, setting up fundamental database for analysis and creating statements automatically, will make full use of the function of the off-site supervision.It can not only make the on-site inspection more effective, but also economize the cost on banking supervision. The main object of this article is how to develop the off-site supervision information system to provide a technical safeguard to improve the effectiveness of the off-site supervision,according to the CBRC Off-site Supervision Statement System and the actual requirement of the CBRC Inner Mongolia Branch.First of all,this thesis states in brief that the status quo of the research on information system inland and abroad, and the application of intermediary technology.Then it analyzes the difference between two-layer structure and three-layer structure in comparison.Secondly, based on analyzing the requirement of the off-site supervision,it provides a detailed user function and the analysis on information requirement and fundamental data.Finally,it confirms the system structure of off-site supervision and divides it into 4 sub-systems: data collection, data processing, statements management and fundamental information management.Due to the fact that statements in off-site supervision information system are various and the origin of data is complicated, it is especially paramount that how to create the correct statements from enormous data. In the principle of opening, general currency and high efficiency, this thesis discusses in detail the realization of the main function module and the key technique on statements management sub-system of the off-site supervision information system.
