Currently, the global economic situation is uncertain, At the same time, the financial crisis outbreaks even more frequent.The supervision of commercial banks is no longer confined to the on-site supervision, off-site supervision which have a high time-sensitive and high reliability is more able to adapt to the financial situation of contemporary, which makes the establishment of a set of reliability and high degree predict banking off-site supervision system becames a necessity. As the supervision system of commercial banks, its stability and reliability are the most important.The multi-architecture technology that integrat the Struts2, Spring and Hibernate framework which have a flexible structure, easy maintenance, good scalability, can achieve the requirements of building the off-site supervision system.This thesis first introduces the application development of Struts1, Spring, Hibernate, Struts2 and other frameworks,and also introduced the development foundation of an integrated framework, analysis the advantages of using Struts2 with Spring, Hibernate integrated development, as the basis theory of the system design and implementation.Secondly, after analysising the detailed needs of the off-site supervision system, determining the data flow direction and system processes. For the results of system analysis, and the research of the integrated architecture development technology, doing some improvement for off-site supervision system about S2SH(Struts2 + Spring + Hibernate) architecture model, specifically divided the system into presentation layer, business layer and persistence layer, and carried out a detailed design.Finally, the thesis described the implementation detail of every layers by some examples, truly implement the application of S2SH framework in the off-site supervision of commercial banks.All in all, this thesis made use of the excellent development platform--J2EE, under the good structure of Struts2 framework, implemented the application of S2SH framework in the off-site supervision of commercial banks, established a good off-site supervision of commercial banks analysis system, to meet the needs of commercial banks to improve internal management and to raise the level of risk management and control requirements. And also for financial institutions to implement the new management philosophy, constantly improve the effectiveness of regulatory, improve the off-site supervision means and management techniques, provide support and security to enhance the level of off-site supervision.
