In modern society,the rapid development of information technology has promoted the development of optical fiber and related industries in China.Meanwhile,it makes higher demands on the performance index and production efficiency of the raw material for optical fiber--quartz glass.However,due to many factors,such as the complexity of its production process and low intelligence of the field equipment,the production process depends mainly on the experience of the operator using semi-automatic or manual mode of operation,seriously affecting the quality and production efficiency of quartz glass.The thesis has analyzed the current contron system and has made an optimal disign of the eternet controled PSOD process system based on the study of hardware and control method.In addition,it has also made some upgrading and network debugging on the techonology and control equipment.The complete control programme has been upgraded,including writing control programme,interaction programme and server programme.The online motoring of all process,networking of controlling system,digitalized communication,remote communication of machine position,remote operation and data collection,memerization,storage of technology index have been achived in order to inmprove the accuracy and stability of the controlling system.Thus,the automized PSOD technology can be greatly strenghtened.
