This paper mainly aims at the sunlight continually intelligence greenhouse which the Weifang Vocational College established. Requests itself to design the control systemthe of greenhouse. Through analyzes the greenhouse implementing agency the corresponding movement to the environment factor influence, the programmable control technology, the frequency conversion technology, the configuration monitoring technology and the sensor technology applies in the greenhouse control system's design, has developed based on the PLC intelligent greenhouse control system.The greenhouse environment system is a misalignment, time-variable, the lag complex large-scale system, establishes system's mathematical model with difficulty, uses conventional the control method to obtain satisfaction with difficulty the static state, the dynamic property. This article according to the greenhouse environmental control the characteristic, proposed one kind the PID control temperature design proposal which decides based on the parameter self regulating, and has carried on the simulation through the MatlabR.2007 software, good has realized summer's greenhouse temperature decrease.This design control system hardware part mainly by PLC, the frequency changer and kinds of sensor constitution, uses for to complete greenhouse room parameter in and so on interior temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide density. Illuminance examinations and the greenhouse the bidirectional roof louvre window, the side scuttle, the wet curtain window angle make and break actuation, the inside and outside visor net actuates, the wet curtain water pump, the circulating fan, an energy conservation temperature decrease row of wet ventilator, the CO2 gulp valve, makes up actuating equipment's and so on light lamp controls.
