The Research And Design Of Highway Tunnel Control System By Plc

Combined with the development status of surveillance and control system configuration for freeway tunnel and according to specific construction conditions of Wuji Highway in Jiuling Mountain Tunnel,this paper presents one design of the surveillance and control system by using OMRON-series PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).It comes out the general rules of the runnel traffic control on the basis of the Jiuing Mountain actual construction conditions,the research of traffic safety control, release system and ventilation system based on area control system. Upload to sub control center server or upper level channel manager server by communication system. The system solved the target lane blocked upstream and downstream vehicles blocking traffic problems under the non-normal state. And it can run under the automatic state, therefore, it reduced the operator's labor intensity, come true a human-based management, finally lay a foundation to unmanned.By using OMRON-series PLC,the Ethernet which is compose with the collection and control of information of various monitoring equipments in the tunnel is uploaded to the upper monitor,thus realizing the communications between the central surveillance system and local surveillance system.
