In recent years, the petrochemical enterprises urgently require much more functions for intelligent field instruments in terms of their management, predictive maintenance, statistical analysis.In order to meet these requirements and improve the production efficiency, it is necessary to design a set of management system which has the function of parameter calibration, asset management, predictive maintenance, equipment and the statistical analysis. But the covering software for equipment management system on the market is at present mainly dominated by large automation companies in foreign countries, and the input cost is so great, the use of the software does not apply to domestic users, some management functions are not suitable for the domestic status quot, and there is no an integrated FDT technology software system.Based on the analysis of the present development and the implementation technology of similar softwre, the essay studies the FDT technology prevailing in the industry andaccording to the technological framework, it puts forward the implementation scheme on the basis of intelligent instrument equipment management system. Meanwhile,combining with the engineering application in practice, it designs the overall framework ofequipment management software system.Through the analysis of demand for each function, it forms the summary of requirements for the software. Then according to the requirments of the software for the function, and guided by the concept of equipment life cycle, it adopts the waterfall modal, and divides the structure of the system.By designing and implementingthe parameter calibration statistical analysis, and management function, it mainly completed such modules as the parameter calibration, log management, parameter management, alarm management, calibration management, predictive maintenance, statistical analysis, through the comparson and analysis of statements, reports, and parameters, it can predict the damaged equipment or those that are likely to break down, thus reminds the staff on the site to make preparations for the repairs in advance in order to avoid parking caused by equipment failure, This software not only provides the necessary support for interface of any third party, such as the database interface, OPCinterface, etc. Meanwhile, but also designs and implement the interface of each module, data format and data storage and data management methods.After the being developed, this software has been tested through the actual implementation of the industrial site, verifying the functionality and reliability, it improves the efficiency of industrial factory automation management, saves manpower and material resources, accumulates experience, and lays the foundation for continuous improvement. |
