According to the importance of equipment management in enterprise management, withthe popularization of information technology and rapid economic development, and raisingthe level of modern equipment and technology, to make the device management to keep upwith the pace of the times, equipment maintenance concept of the development of traditionalequipment management system, it can not meet the full range of requirements of enterprisedevelopment. In order to improve equipment management and reduce equipment life cyclecosts, and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. Through to the domestic andforeign research status of equipment management and equipment life cycle managementtheory research, combined with the development of domestic enterprises required, theequipment engineering and equipment life cycle management for equipment management; theuse of the J2EE(Java2Platform Enterprise Edition)architecture with high availability, highreliability and high scalability, automatic coding of complex enterprise information andmanagement information coding techniques, the software adaptive technology with enhancedsoftware flexibility, in the system security technology, using the rights management and keytechnology of data encryption; through the analysis of system requirements, according toactual demand of equipment management, designing the system structure, the system consistsof system management, human resource management, document management, equipmentpurchase management, equipment archives management, equipment repair plan, equipmentrepair management seven modules, IDEF0(Integrated Computer Aided ManufacturingDEFinition Language0) functional model and IDEF1x (Integrated Computer AidedManufacturing DEFinition1Extended)information model were established for each module;development-oriented architecture based on J2EE technology equipment lifecycle equipmentmanagement system. In the implementation process, the system is running in good condition,the basic functional requirements be realized to achieve the desired effect. Equipmentmanagement system developed to achieve the effective integration of the equipment life cycleinformation, in addition, the system is relatively easy to maintain and upgrade, adaptivetechniques to extend the life cycle of the system, truly achieving the construction of enterpriseinformation needs and meeting the requirements of the information age on the devicemanagement, it can improve the economic benefits of the enterprises.
