With the rapid development of Internet of Things,"Internet plus" has attracted a variety of attention from the government and enterprises, which will bring far-reaching impact on the production, agriculture, business, public security, security and other aspects,and promote the upgrading of traditional industries, and change people's work and lifestyle. This thesis researches a route optimization of large and medium-sized wireless sensor networks, and taking a laboratory as an example develops a remote monitoring information management system, which is based on ZigBee wireless sensor network technology and Web information management technology. The main works of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,the general requirements are analyzed for a wireless sensor network and the Java Web platform information management system, then a remote monitoring information management system is designed based on ZigBee wireless sensor network.Secondly, by combining with the characteristics of small and medium-sized wireless sensor networks, a binary numbers marking the network nodes is applied to replace the traditional routing table, which reduce the memory consumption. For the management mechanism and routing algorithm of large and medium-sized wireless sensor networks,taking the energy balance in the network and the convergence speed of the routing update into consideration, the cluster head competition rotation mechanism is used to manage the nodes, which can ensure that the integrity of the network is not destroyed quickly, and when a node joins or disconnects the network, an improved Genetic Algorithm (GA) and a Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm are adapted to quickly search the global optimal solution, which can reduce the time delay, and the performance of the network is evaluated by the NS2.Thirdly, in order to monitor and manage the laboratory, a intelligent monitoring system is developed based on Z-Stack protocol and embedded technology, it can real-time detect and simple control the temperature and humidity, human body infrared,flame,video preview and other information or equipments.Fourthly, an Web platform information management system is developed, which combines with Spring MVC, Spring, Hibernate framework, and uses Java Web and MySQL database technology. The system introduces a master-slave architecture server and uses the Least-Connection Scheduling algorithm to achieve the load balancing. It can show the Web view of each module, operate the personnel and equipment information,and statistical analysis and query management the related data.Finally, through joint debugging experiments with the ZigBee wireless sensor network system and Web platform information management system, it realized the function that the wireless sensor network collects the remote environment data and controls equipments, what was more, in the Web platform and android devices, it can achieve remote detection, management and real-time video monitoring. Experimental results show that the system achieves the expected functionality and is stable.
