After the "Digital Oilfield" concept presented, how to realize oil field industrydigitization and intelligence has become the particular current issues of the oilindustry.The well monitoring system of Digital oil field can make the productioninformation of well automated management,provide intuitive, dynamic informationfor oil field development optimization decision-making and realize the target of thecontrol water injection, production stable, balanced production, and improving therecovery rate. Therefore, realizing oil well monitoring system of digital andintelligent has important and far-reaching significance to petroleum industry.The paper describes the domestic and abroad research situation with relatingtechnology development of the current pumping unit remote monitoringsystem.Analysis the characteristic of WSN, ZigBee, WCDMA communicationnetwork technology and design a the monitoring system data transmission schemebased on organic combining wireless sensor network of ZigBee technology andWCDMA communication network technology.The paper designs hardware platformof the oil pumping control system, which includes the WSN node hardware designand gateway hardware design and so on, and proposes the idea of gateway, datatransmission parts of software design.Finally through modeling by the OPNET14.5simulation platform, simulates the ZigBee network about the network topology,network node load size and the node transmission power load size, and analyses ofinfluence factors through the simulation results of ZigBee networkperformance.After compare with two kinds of topology properties of the treenetwork and mesh network, determine the use of network topology as the ZigBeenetwork topology.The nodes of the network size and load should be based on theactual status of reasonable configuration, and blind increasing the transmitting powercan’t improve network performance.This paper has designed a well pumping unit of oil well remote monitoring system which based on the most advanced wireless sensor network technology、ZigBee technology and WCDMA communication network technology,and putforward an intelligent and practical pumping condition data acquisition scheme.Torealize pumping unit condition monitoring automation and intelligent providesreference....
