The purpose of human resource management(HRM)is to achieve maximum utilization of human resources in company.It matches work positions and personal abilities to maximize and take advantage of the incentive and evaluation mechanisms to provide a broad stage for talent.Building various systems into an integrated human resources management system can achieve enterprise paperless office,reduce operating costs.Meanwhile,using automated and scientific calculation and analysis methods to improve the operational efficiency of enterprises to adapt to increasingly fierce market competition.This project is to analyze and design a HRM system for a Chengdu company based on the research of advanced HRM system in domestic and overseas.The purpose of this HRM system is to create more value for the enterprise and connect HRM system with other systems in company to achieve data sharing.The HRM system in this project is developed based on SOA architecture,enabling data sharing with existing enterprise systems,and providing access for possible system development in the future.According to the demand of the company,the HRM system is divided into four modules,which are organization management module,payroll management module,performance management module and training management module,Additionally,log on function is designed for the HRM system.The development language is C# using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database development tool for database development,system architecture adopts B/S architecture.The design and development of the system is carried out according to the general software development process.Firstly,introduce the development background of HRM system and defined the system on the basis of the investigation of the actual situation of the company.Then conduct the detailed requirement analysis and preliminary design.The system is developed and implemented on the basis of requirement analysis and preliminary design.finally,the functions and performance of the HRM system is tested strictly and the test result shows that the system can basically meet the requirement of the users.
