University library is the main sector for the entire school teachers and students. Library also play an important part in the reading and learning, thus the university library service quality has a far-reaching influence on the construction and development of school.Polytechnic university library relative to the social public library and humanities and social science library readers have bigger difference, our country has regular institutions of higher learning in the polytechnic colleges,and occupies a considerable proportion of the satisfaction of polytechnic university library.In this paper, the polytechnic university library reader satisfaction is studied. This paper probes into the concept of the reader's satisfaction, to determine the reader satisfaction evaluation system; To Harbin engineering university library reader satisfaction questionnaires and analysis of the application of BP neural network's polytechnic university library reader satisfaction evaluation system for the modeling and analysis. To constitute the library reader satisfaction evaluation system of indicators at all levels are described. Into the target layer,criterion layer and index layer, with a Shared goal layer that polytechnic university library reader satisfaction, six criterion layer and index of 24. For service factors that affect the biggest index layer is the service attitude.
