With the rapid development of knowledge and economy, the library as a special service department, its management mode from traditional to resources as the center into to serve the readers as the center, the readers of library information demand and service demand is gradually increasing, for their own reading rights maintenance also increased awareness. The with the satisfaction of readers as the research angle of view,the theories related to the readers’ rights and the satisfaction degree of readers in support,from the reader’s equal right of access, free to enjoy the right, freedom of choice,participation management rights and the right of privacy protection the indicators to measure and its refinement, in a hierarchical analysis method as the research basis to construct a more complete evaluation system to the reader’s satisfaction degree of library service in quantitative way to show up, and the evaluation. Through field visits,questionnaire survey of empirical analysis, this paper taking the library of Haidian District as an example by the Haidian District Library Readers Satisfaction Analysis, to verify the feasibility and applicability of the evaluation system. In the process of empirical analysis, through the statistical analysis of the survey data and the calculation of the library in the service and maintenance of the existing problems, and put forward the corresponding solutions.
