Constantly improve the library's information and service quality,to meet the increasing demands of users,which is the starting point of all the library.In order to understand the needs of users in a timely and accurate manner,we need to evaluate regularly in order to improve the library services better,and actively adjust the collection of resources,so that the library can flourish.It is necessary to conduct a survey of customer satisfaction for the evaluation of the quality of service of university libraries.Based on it,the author conducts a questionnaire survey of several university libraries' users in Henan province,analyzes the status quo in a systematic way and puts forward the suggestions to improve the university users' satisfaction.In this paper,the first chapter analyzes the research background and research significance,and analyzes the current situation of university library users' satisfaction at home and abroad,and puts forward the research methods,research contents and innovation of the paper.In the second chapter,this paper expounds the theory of university users' satisfaction,expounds the meaning and characteristics of university library users' satisfaction,and analyzes the influencing factors of university library users' satisfaction.The third chapter takes the ten university libraries in Henan province as the research object and make the questionnaire.The questionnaire date,the reliability and validity were analyzed.The fourth chapter analyzes and summarizes the data obtained by SPSS17.0 software,and made a case study of Zhengzhou University.In the fifth chapter,based on the results of the evaluation,the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions.In the sixth chapter,the author summarizes and prospects the research of this paper.
