The Logical Fallacies And Regulation In Reversal News

In recent years,with the hot public opinion caused by major reversal news,reversal news has become one of the emerging phenomenon which is concerned by the industry.The cause of reversal news greatly depends on the logical fallacies arising on the initial report.Therefore,this thesis tries to use the logical fallacies and regulation of reversal news as the research object,use the theories of news logic and reading psychology as the main theoretical support,combined with the specific cases in reversal news,this thesis studies the problems of the logical fallacies,the causes of the problems and the specific regulatory strategies in reversal news.This thesis consists of four chapters,and the last two chapters are the core of this thesis.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly discusses the topic,summarized the literature review and explains the research meaning and research methods of this thesis.The second chapter discusses the logic function and form in reversal news.The third chapter combines the distinction between logical form of reversal news in the second chapter,in-depth study the fallacies in different logical form.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the causes of logical fallacies of reversal news and specific regulatory strategies.In the research,there are two types of error reversal news,including the logical fallacy consisting of the logical fallacy of the omission of the news and the black and white fallacy,and the informal fallacy consisting of one concept,emotional,landslide fallacy and overgeneralization.In the reversal of proving true,there are two forms of logical fallacies that adulterate and ambiguous in the initial and subsequent reports,so need to pass the card really against false report.In the reversal of falsification,overgeneralization is the key to make initial news be disproved.In the reversal of reconstruction,people reconstruct facts with uncertain information,.logical fallacy is the main means to reverse the fact.Starting from the framework of the report,the main reason for the logical fallacies of the reversal news is the collapse of the framework logic.On the regulation strategy,to solve the different forms of logical fallacies must "suit the remedy to the case":people need to clarify the difference between the proof of true and the proof of views in the reversal of proving true.Reporters should ensure that the depth of the interview and comprehensive,so that the news is not to be disproved.Establish a sound mechanism to track the news,find out the interests behind the reversal of reconstruction.On the way to solve the problem,journalists should improve their media literacy and logical ability.Industry should vigorously popularize the logic of journalism education,so that citizens can play a better role in the reversal news.To improve the audience's speculative awareness and judgment,in order to counter the logic fallacies in the reversal news.
