Research On Current Status And Countermeasures Of Chinese Journalists' Responsibility Awareness

On a foundation of globalization,the news industry has realized a greater development benefiting from a rapid growth of economy and technologies.New media like newspapers,radio,television,mobile phone and wider network has composed itself as the mass media system to the public,which increasingly penetrates into the people's production and life with an overwhelming pose.This so-called news refers to things that happened recently,or is actually happening which needs to be told to the public.News transmission activities is the communication between news and the public deep in its nature.Journalists,amid this whole communication,are the main partakers in the news spread process.Chinese journalists should always bear the principle of party's spirit and the Marx doctrine of journalism in heart achieving a good performance on the crucial role of the party and the government's publicity as well as the supervision on behalf of people on the ground.“Where there is social responsibilities,there calls for a strong moral sense for journalists.Biding with codes,rightful articles are on the way.” Beneath this halo hides a tortuous way for the journalists taking responsibilities and moral codes into a full consideration.Up to now,the journalism industry has reached a steady and comprehensive stage under the assistance of socialist legal rapid and systematic construction.Still,there are some problems worth be noticed.Some journalists are not quite qualified for the interviews without professional depth which points at the lack of in-depth investigations and then the report distortion.News reports do nothing else but making selling points,winning the hot issues and attracting the audience to catering to the public taste and economic interests.Others like little moral responsibility consciousness even the betrayal of working principles of journalists are still severe.In this paper,the writer has made a comprehensive and profound study on the current responsibility consciousness of journalists and the causes on this situation finally putting forward countermeasures for improving this phenomenon.As a qualified socialist journalist,it is essential to adhere to one's news reporting ideality,have the occupation codes deep in one's heart,place more attention on the ideological and political education on journalists and deepen the responsibility awareness.
