Pump performance test technology for research and development of the theory of pump,the improvement of the performance and its design method is particularly important,the design of the pump performance test system research has become one of the focuses of industrial pump industry.At present,the independent research and development of pump performance test system has low accuracy,low real-time performance and reliability problems,many implement that traditional forms of half automation,the technical level is relatively backward compared with foreign countries.This thesis introduces the requirements of the dynamic characteristic system of the shaft seal pump in the nuclear power industry,and the existing research results of the dynamic performance parameter detection technology.Shaft seal of pump part emphatically analyses the principle and test the principle of pump performance test,the cavitation experiment,summarizes the head,flow,test principle and method of shaft power etc.The system adopts the method of combining PID control and fuzzy control,and constructs a fuzzy PID algorithm which is applied in the flow control system.The overall structure of pump performance parameter detection system is based on the virtual instrument platform,and the dynamic performance test system of shaft seal pump can meet the requirements of the actual test.The hardware structure using NI 9188 XT data processing system,its built-in signal conditioning circuit,the sensor output signal through the signal conditioning circuit,enter the NI 9000 series data acquisition card,the final import industrial PC,data acquisition and processing.The software part of the test system designs the LabVIEW program main panel program,the sub-program like the data collection and test part.Digital filtering method is used to improve the accuracy,stability and reliability of pump performance parameters.In this thesis,the method of the three-step curve fitting method based on the least squares method is adopted to realize the dynamic characteristic diagram.In view of the flow control difficulty as nonlinear,time-varying and uncertainty,shaft seal pump test system adopts fuzzy PID flow control subroutine,so the shaft seal pump operation fit in variable conditions of real-time monitoring and control flow.Test system can accomplish the real-time online monitoring and display parameters,the variable condition of the shaft sealing pump circuit under the condition of parameter setting andflow control,other functions like dynamic curve generation and test data storage and using part.The system sampling rate was set at 1000 times per second,and the accuracy of the test reached 0.1%.The results of Matlab simulation test show that the flow control of the shaft sealing pump test system has the characteristics of low overshoot,good stability and fast response.
