The purpose of this article is to develop a variable frequency heating power that exploits high curdles oil.The hardware is the heating oil shaft equipment of Shenyang University.It realizes accurate temperature control with modern control theory.The main circuit is topological to increase the efficiency of high curdles oil and to save the energy.This power source changes the traditional heating power source that is take the hollow shaft for carrier.It heats the shaft directly with heat is produced by oil shaft resistance and it will heat the curdle oil which viscosity is deduced.This method can solve the problem of wax deposition on oil shaft and pumping rod and decreases the load of oil well.The high curdles oil heating system is a controlled object that is nonlinear,multi-variable,large-log, strong-interference.The accuracy math-model is hardly established.The traditional control method meets the control requirement hardly.To assure accurate temperature closed loop control of system;this design adopts the intelligent time-sharing controller based on fuzzy PID.The design is based on control circuit on single chip microcomputer C8051F310.The research is done after the hard-circuit is put up.The transpose PWM is adopted to realize auto-adjusting power continuously.This method avoids the rough PID control.The temperature is controlled during the rang of[-3,+3],the power energy waste is largely deduced.Power adopts the technology of AC-DC-AC frequency conversation.The series resonant inverter circuit based on IGBT is designed according to oil shaft and the inductive load is compensated.The article discusses the variable kinds of working mode of resonant circuit in detail.The advantage and disadvantage of different kinds of working mode are compared and the main circuit is sought,the optimal compensation point is found.The phenomena of large loss of switch are avoided because of series resonant and the realization of zero-current switching.There is obvious overshoot in waveforms so the impact to device is decreased.The life of devices are long and the noise is also decreased. The simulations in MATLAB about compensation circuit show the control method is feasible.
