When the bandwidth, efficiency and power output of the vacuum microwave devices are limited, it was found that if the high-power microwave devices were filled with controlled plasma, their performances can be improved significantly. For example, it can not only improve the output, but also widen the bandwidth and increase the interaction efficiency, even can remove the guiding magnetic field. The plasma filled in the Coupled plasma-cavity traveling wave tube is produced by the collision of the electron beam with filled-gas. So we should research these two issues, how to inject gas into the electron channel, and how to extract the excrescent gas to maintain the high vacuum of the cathode. The first is to produce plasma, and the second is to make sure the long life-time of the cathode. These two technical problems can be achieved by the sealing dynamic system. In this paper, I will describe the details of our design of the sealing dynamic system. This paper summary presents the development of the microwave devices filled with plasma. Based on this issue, it describes the details of the sealing dynamic system including Hydrogen Generator and Titanium Absorption Pump. And doing some research on the Plasma diagnostic testing based on the data acquisition system as a result to better improve the testing method. Mainly in the following specific aspects:1. Introducing the development of the Plasma-Traveling Wave Tube, and analyzing the high-frequency characteristics of coupled plasma-cavity traveling wave tube to present the better performance of the microwave devices filled with plasma. As well as describing the meaning, objectives and progress of the dynamic system.2. Analyzing the transformation mechanism of titanium and titanium hydride. It makes the use of the fact that titanium hydride releasing hydride at 300℃, to design and process the Hydrogen Generator as well as its heating circuit. Then we focus on the analyses of the composition of the gas produced by this device to prove that the gas is hydride. Finally we test the function between the gas volume and temperature.3. Making use of dehydrogenation fact at 300℃to design and process the Titanium Absorption Pump. The porous titanium both has the physical and chemical adsorption. In the experiment, we test the hydrogen adsorption effects according to different flowing volume of hydrogen during different temperature. In addition, we compare the effects of two Titanium Absorption Pumps with the porous and general titanium, and find that the later device has no adsorption effect.4. The plasma scan power system and the data acquisition system are applied in the plasma diagnosing experiment which could acquire, save, analyze and display the data in real time. The data acquisition system is used for the acquisition of the Langmuir probe current and voltage signals, as well as the analysis and processing of them. We also do some study and discussion about the plasma electron temperature and ion density at the various gas pressure.
