The technology of water pump parameter data testing is very important to the research and development of pump basic theory,the improvement of pump performance and the designing methods of pump,so the research of data testing system of pump parameter has drawn much attention in industries.At present,domestic data testing system of pump parameter has shortcomings of lower control precision,poorer real-time and reliability.Many data testing system of pump parameter is still traditionally semi-automated,comparing with foreign countries' technology,it is relatively backward.Aiming at this situation,we do much research and analysis in pump data testing theories,use virtual instrument technology,and design data testing system of pump parameter based the virtual instrument.This artcle first analyzed status and developing trend of the virtual instrument technology and water pump data testing techniques,and explores the characteristics and constitution of virtual instruments.Then it emphatically researched the theory and method of characteristic experiments and vapor corrosion experiments of water pump,constructed pump test platform,and deeply researched the test theory and test method of water pump flux,water pump lift ,shaft power and so on. And construcing the whole structure of the virtual instrument based data testting system of pump parameter and analyzing the function of every part. Designing the hardware system and the software system, hardware system is mostly constituted by signal processing circuit and data-collecting card. Sensors are responsible for obtaining data from the pump under testing.These signals are processed by the signal processing circuit and then sent to the data-collecting card.The computer gathers data from the data-collecting card,processes them.In software system, we use numeric filter to improve the precision,stability and the reliability of data collecting.Because of the discrete data,this paper research the least square method based subsection thrice curve fitting method to carry out the data fitting,accordingly draw the characteristic analyse curve. The flux control system has the characteristics of nonlinearity,time-variation and uncertainty. We put forward a kind of PID parameter fuzzy self adjusting algorithm,which combines the PID control and the fuzzy control.The experiment result show that the algorithm has the characteristics of smaller overshoot,better stability and faster response rate.Finally,this paper completed the design of the system interface that based the virtual instrument exploiture platform LabVIEW.After constructing the system, we do pump parameter data testing experiment on certain pump , deal with and analyze the data.
