The virtual spindle synchronous control strategy developed in late 1990s.It is a new control strategy used to solve the synchronous movement of each moving axis. In recent years, the synchronization control strategy achieves good effect in motor sports synchronous control, and be attended in hydraulic servo synchronous control fields. At present, the problem of synchronous movement in hydraulic system and the application of virtual spindle in hydraulic synchronous control are lack of research. This topic in view of this situation, chooses the hydraulic bending machine as the research object, and carries out the research of hydraulic servo synchronization systems based on virtual spindle synchronous control strategy.This paper unfolds around hydraulic bending machine hydraulic servo synchronization systems and virtual spindle synchronous strategy, the main content includes the following respects:First, considering the development situation of hydraulic bending machine realizing hydraulic servo synchronization control, this paper discusses the composition, classification and its realization forms of hydraulic servo synchronization system. Based on the characteristics of hydraulic servo synchronization system and the defects of adopting the master-slave type and cross coupling type synchronous control strategy, it puts forward research methods of this topic.Second, according to the working principle of WC67Y-100/3200 hydraulic bending machine and the characteristics of various mechanical components, it derives and establishes the bending machine hydraulic servo drive system and motor driver positioning system mathematical model.Third, based on the two master-slave type and cross coupling type (with equation) synchronous control strategy analysis commonly used by hydraulic bending machine and using virtual axis synchronous control strategy in movement synchronous control, it establishes synchronous control strategy suitable for hydraulic bending machine main drive system.Last, in terms of the characteristics of hydraulic bending machine each drive system existing the nonlinear, degeneration and large inertia, it respectively adopts PID, fuzzy control and fuzzy PID three kind of control mode setting up three controllers, and simulates in simulink. At the same time, it compares with the simulation results of master-slave type under the action of the same control methods. The simulation results show that adopting hydraulic bending machine synchronous control system of virtual spindle synchronous control strategy can gain the better follow sex, steady performance and anti-jamming than the master-slave type synchronous control strategy, ensure the synchrony and stability of hydraulic bending machine movement and realize the application of virtual axis in synchronous hydraulic servo system. Meanwhile the simulation results also verify that the different of control mode may also affect the dynamic characteristic of the system, and provide useful reference for the staff to choose hydraulic bending machine controller. Studies of the synchronous control in this paper will further promote the application of virtual spindle synchronous control strategy in the filled of hydraulic synchronous control.
