Research On Archive Information Resource Transmission Based On Social Media

The information resources carefully preserved by the archives are the most popular information sources for students,researchers and the general public for their authenticity,authority and systematic quality.However,the researchers even in academic circles,facing more and more access to information,archives resources are often not their first choice,they tend to be more convenient and easy way to use the cyber source of open access.With the change of information environment,social media has been favored by users for its mobility,interactivity and ease of use.Social media not only becomes an important channel for users to obtain information,but also generates important information resources.From a worldwide perspective,the archives institutions have responded positively to the rise of social media,and have drawn up plans and measures to attract users through social media and promote archives information resources.In this paper,on the basis of literature review,demonstrates the use of social media to spread the archives information resources and archives to the public,WeChat as an example to carry out investigation and study,carried on the system analysis the status quo of China's archival institutions using the dissemination of archival information resources of archives of WeChat public platform,found that the current file mechanism using social media push send the archives information content is insufficient.Based on the successful experience of foreign countries,three main ways of using social media to spread archives information resources are put forward.And from the ideological,policy framework,institutional cooperation,media convergence,and content quality five aspects of social media based on the dissemination of file information resources strategy.To strengthen the development and integration of archival information resources,and through social media to actively spread not only to meet the user's preferences and media information content needs,is the archives institutions to improve their social influence,an important means to attract users.
