The Research Of Archives Information Service Based On Social Media

Social media is produced by the rapid development of the internet,and has brought the subversive change to the transmission channels and service method of information.With the characteristics of openness,interactive and real-time,social media has got the support of the majority of users,and has shown its unique charm in all walks of life.As the main distributing center of the social core information resource,the healthy development of social media and the effective preservation of social media files will inevitably affect the integrity of the national digital memory,which is also an important challenge for China's Archives in the digital transformation period.The emergence of social media platform is not only beneficial to the transformation of archives service mode,improve service quality,but also to meet the user's online access to information,knowledge sharing and convenient learning needs,is the inevitable choice of the internet era of users.At the same time,social media and the innovation of archival information service shows some matching.Using social media to enhance the interaction and communication between users and archives,strengthen dissemination,promote innovation,and it plays an important role in the construction of archives information resources,improving the ability of archives service and strengthening the exchange of academic information.As the traditional service industry,archive department adapt to the modernization of social media,inevitably exposes some bottlenecks,which restricts the further development of file service.Information produced by social media is complicated and the degree of freedom is high.How to ensure the quality of information resources,to maximize the enthusiasm of social media,to regulate the use of social media,has become an important topic of our current research.Finding out the combination of archival information service and social media technology advantage,exploring new patterns of archives and social media and public communication,so that archives can be fully integrated into the public life and provide a broader space for the archives information service leap.This paper is divided into five parts to explain the archival information service under the social media environment,to provide reference for the optimization of archival information services.The first part of this paper is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research purpose,research significance and research status at home and abroad,and the main research content,research ideas and research methods are described.The second part is an overview of social media and archive information services.Mainly includes the definition of relevant concepts,file information service content based on social media and the advantage of using social media tools to carry out archival information service.The third part analyzes the current situation of social media in the archives information service of our country.Mainly including the practice and exploration of social media in the archives information service of our country,Micro-blog,WeChat,for example,the detailed introduction of social media in the development process of China's archival information services.Followed by,is a comprehensive survey of the status quo of the use of social media in China's archives information services.Then,the survey results are analyzed in detail,and on this basis,the problems are summarized and analyzed.The fourth part is the combination of the results of the third part of the article,from strengthening the construction of archives information resources,establish a perfect two-way communication mechanism,reasonable control and guidance file information dissemination and strengthen the file information security management four aspects to put forward the corresponding measures.The fifth part is the concluding remarks,summarizes the research situation of the paper,and the social media in the archives information services and prospects for the future.
